Taking a Look Around

Yasaman Khorsandi Arcadia in Barcelona, Spain

This past week or so has consisted of a ton of adventures! I took a trip to the Arc De Triumphe area in Barcelona and that has been by far my favorite location. The gothic area is filled with museums, cute cafes, cool vibes + people, and beautiful sights.

I’ve been here for a month now and I STILL feel like there is SO much of this city I haven’t seen (which is a good thing)

Some things that I’ve been up to:

  • Deciding to volunteer at T-iogo, a english exchange program with deaf children
  • Checking out some International churches in the area
  • School + approaching midterms
  • Planning future travels to Europe
  • Having a blast exploring with these two friends of mine!

Taking a look around this city reminds me of how much I’m learning and growing.

It reminds me that I am getting an experience that no one else can get from just visiting Barcelona for two weeks.

And although at times homesickness kicks in, I remind myself to be fully present and in the moment because it is one that I am so blessed to have!
