Scotland is full of magical adventures whether you visit cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen, or take an enchantingly beautiful trip to the highlands.  As many people know, Scotland is the birthplace of Harry Potter. Author J.K. Rowling wrote part of the series in Edinburgh, where she also acquired inspiration for names along with places for the books.

One great adventure you can take while in Scotland is a Harry Potter Highlands Tour! You get both the highland experience and the magic of Harry Potter during this day trip.  I have already visited the highlands once before during the summer of 2018; however, I was still blown away by the stunning rolling mountains, lochs, and forests surrounding me.

During this journey, we traveled to Loch Lomond, Glencoe, Fort William and the Glenfinnan Viaduct (a.k.a. the “Harry Potter Bridge”). Breath-taking views, many photo shoots, lots of laughs, and endless smiles were the result of this quick getaway from the city.
