What better way is there than to spend your weekend with celebrities? From Prince Harry, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and the Beckhams I got to spend my weekend with the best of the best. Madame Tussauds here in London is one of the top tourist attractions. Located on Baker Street, home to Sherlock Holmes and one of the University of Westminster’s buildings, Madame Tussauds is in a prime location for anyone looking to have a great day out.

My friends and I bought a three pass that got us into Madame Tussauds, Sea Life Aquarium, and the London Dungeon. If you ever have the chance to go to London it is a must do! Once we picked up our tickets at Madame Tussauds we were greeted by an elevator that took us to the next floor. Once the doors opened a recording told us to get ready for our red carpet experience and then there was clapping and the sound of camera flashes going off. As we rounded the corner we were greeted by the one and only Emma Watson. In the first room where Emma was, there was Brad and Angelina Pitt, Robert Pattinson, David and Victoria Beckham, and many other well known celebrities.

Continuing onto the next room we heard "What Makes you Beautiful" playing and knew right away who we were going to meet next, One Direction. I must admit, I am a big One Direction fan and was excited to see them! It is really funny to come to the United Kingdom where most of them are from and see how different the fangirling is from the US to here. No matter what, I still enjoyed seeing them and am excited to see them when we both are back in the States.

As we continued to go through the attraction we got to the scare room. I must admit I am terrified of anything scary, especially things that pop out at you. Well, the room was set up like a maze that you either went through or took the other way out and skipped over it. My friends and I all looked at one another and myself and one of them literally got out of the line as soon as we could. Once that happened my friend waiting online was debating on going through, I felt bad that he was not going to go through because we weren't going so I got back in line and held the back of his shirt the entire time as I closed my eyes and screamed as we walked through.

Finally it was over and we got to go to the Marvel room. I must say they did an amazing job with the characters as well as the 4D video we got to watch as the super heroes saved London. Once we exited Madame Tussauds we headed over to the aquarium to end the day on a great note! We got to see turtles, sharks, fish, and my favorite penguins. I probably stood there watching the penguins for like five minutes with no shame!

The day was amazing and I had so much fun! There is so much to do and see while living in the heart of London!
