This week was a relaxing week for me. I got my midterms back and was satisfied with my grades. To celebrate, on Tuesday, I went to a taco place called, "Tacos Tacos" with my friends. A fun fact is that I literally live right across the street from this place. I can see my balcony from Tacos Tacos. Tuesdays are taco Tuesdays so it's one euro for tacos all day! It was delicious!
This weekend, I went to France! I was at a small town called, Collioure. The sights were spectacular. I saw a donkey, a beautiful sea and lots of restaurants and gelatos. At a French restaurant, I ate a galette which is a French cuisine that you can customize. I customized mine with eggs, bacon, cheese and mushrooms. YUM! After that, I went to go explore and learned about many historical buildings there. There was a vibrant feel to this town and had lots of positive music and energy! It was such a fun trip and experience!
