Limerick, Ireland
Hello! I'm Madison and am a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill majoring in Biology. This summer, I am abroad in Limerick, where I am researching quorum sensing. One of my favorite travel experiences has been white water rafting in Alaska. I am also SCUBA certified and once dove with sharks in the Bahamas. One of the most rewarding trips I have taken was going to Costa Rica, where I volunteered to set up medical clinics in underserved communities.
