Hello all! My name is Amelia and I’m an avid explorer of new places and things. Whether I’m boarding a plane, scoping out a new coffee shop, or even opening a book, I love to learn new things, see amazing sites, and create art and memories. I grew up in Washington state, about thirty minutes from the Canadian border, and I go to school at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Next May, I’ll graduate with a degree in both English and Music- I play the cello. Last fall I was lucky enough to spend a semester in Vienna, Austria, but one taste of the abroad life wasn’t enough for me. This semester, I’m studying at University College Dublin. I’m so excited to embrace the culture of Dublin, the natural beauty of the island, and my own Irish heritage. Whether I’m topping a mountain or weathering a bad Airbnb, I try to go at it with enthusiasm and gratitude. I hope you’ll come along for the ride.
