It's with great excitement that we welcome our summer students this month!  We have students coming in for a number of different programs in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling, so there is a lot going on in the classroom and beyond.

To give you a sense of what's happening near you, we've put together a list of events in several cities across Scotland.  In addition to our extracurricular programs, and the experiences that you have through your courses, we hope you have the chance to explore the diverse and exciting opportunities in your own time.  Enjoy!

Running since 1909, this festival is Aberdeen's oldest music, drama and dance festival.  It features everything from Scots verse to storytelling, and much more!

Meadows Festival

Enjoy live music, market stalls and family-friendly vibes.

Hidden door Festival

This volunteer-led arts festival highlights emerging artists, musicians, theatre and film makers and poets.

Glasgow Science festival

7-17 june, various venues and times

One of the largest science festivals in the UK, this event offers a wide range of science-related activities and topics.

150th anniversary talks: Margaret anderson - a tour of mackintosh (and some thomson sites) by subway

Experience quintessential Glasgow sites as you celebrate the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

Scottish rhododendron Festival 2018

Sense and sensibility
