For years we have been helping students mark this wonderful holiday during the Semester in Ireland. Each student is invited to form groups to explore culinary skills and have a bit of fun preparing a bird and making a meal to remember. For many this might be their first time to prepare and cook a turkey so we have carefully drawn up the beginners guide to creating the perfect feast! Here at Arcadia we wanted to make Thanksgiving a feast to remember!
