Arcadia Spain

Two days ago, our recently arrived Spring 2019 session students finished orientation. Today, they have started the Catalan Class intensive week, and are ready to start their adventures in Barcelona!

During these days of orientation, our students have been given all types of useful information that will help them during their time abroad. Among other things, they've learned about the Catalans and Spaniards everyday lifestyle, safety in Barcelona, and housing. They've also learned about the neighborhood, where our center in Barcelona and the students' apartments are located -the Eixample- and we toured around the city by bus, stopping at some of the most famous landmarks (La Sagrada Família, Eixample, Montjuic). They also had the chance to try our famous Churros con Chocolate! –typical during this season because it is hot, so it keeps the body warm. =)

Now, our students have all the tools and are prepared to enjoy a great semester in this beautiful city!
