We are very excited to announce the brand new Arcadia Barcelona Center. After a very intense summer of designing, building, painting, moving stuff around and making all sorts of modifications, we are finally ready. The new center has given us the opportunity to relocate to a different area of Barcelona that is more convenient for students. It is much closer to the orange metro line which will make the commute to the Universitat Pompeu Fabra's (UPF) campus shorter. This location, Eixample Dreta, is truly fantastic: there are little cafés, terraces, shops, supermarkets, and just 100 yards away, across the street, there is a great, inexpensive gym (there are two other gyms in the vicinity). The center feels modern, efficient, cool, and welcoming.

As we designed the space ourselves having our students' comfort and needs in mind, we've added some great enhancements, such as an abundance of natural light in the staff office, student study room and classroom space (we are located on the fourth floor). The wifi connection is very strong and reliable throughout the center and our classroom space is much larger than before, which will come in handy at orientation. With an acoustic panel separator, it is easily and conveniently divided into two classrooms, both equipped with projectors and one with a smart board. In addition, we have a smaller tutoring classroom that serves also as a staff meeting room. We are very excited about this new space and look forward to receiving the Fall 2015 students.
