Arcadia Spain

Last Thursday, we had to say goodbye to our students from the Spring 2016 program. However, we didn’t see them off any which way. We wanted to say goodbye to our students in the best possible way, so we threw a really fond Farewell Fiesta!

First, we met at the Arcadia center to see the awesome work that students taking Photography and Painting & Drawing did this semester. We were all pretty impressed by their artistic skills, which were well reflected on the display of their artworks! 

 After the art exhibition, we went all together to a hotel to celebrate our long-awaited Farewell Fiesta! There was really good food and we – students, teachers and the staff – eventually said goodbye to this wonderful semester in Barcelona by listening to the Director’s moving speech and concluding it by a cava toast.

 All in all, the Art Show and the Farewell Fiesta meant creating one more special memory about this semester that we’ll never forget!
