By now you're settling into life as a Brit, but don't forget, Arcadia is  here to support you throughout your time studying abroad! We’ve rounded up a few essential reminders from your Arcadia orientation, as follows:

Get Involved!

Looking is fine, but doing is better.  Get involved in your local community. Arcadia clubs give you an insight into British culture and an opportunity to meet fellow Arcadia students. Or why not experience some real British hospitality by spending a weekend inside a British home for free with HOST UK Homestay. Have your study abroad experience recognised with a Co-Curricular Learning Certificate.

Staying Safe & Well

London and the UK generally are relatively safe, but the same rules apply here as at home. Take some tips from the US Embassy.

Studying abroad doesn’t have to cost a fortune with our guide to keeping your money in your pocket. Join in Arcadia free or subsidised events.
