We always knew it would be a highlight of the Fall semester but the adventure weekend in Wales was a huge success. Our students were whisked away to the Pembrokeshire coastline for a weekend of water activities, homely food, and a warm lodge. Students were taken hiking through nature, sea kayaking, coasteering and surfing.

The weekend was a great opportunity for Arcadia students and Direct Enroll students to mix and to bond, whilst getting away from the high tempo lifestyle of university. Below are just a few comments from some of the students that attended:

'I had an amazing time in Wales. Lodge was homey, staff were welcoming, and activities were amazing! The perfect weekend trip!'

Haley Carlborg

'Amazing trip, coasteering was such a unique experience, lodge was comfy and homely, great weekend.'

Joshua Schwartz

'I had a great time in Wales. The lodge was nice and the staff were really friendly. My favorite was coasteering.'

Dan Green

'I had the best time! It was really an incredible experience, and I loved every second of it. The lodge was comfortable, the people were awesome, the activities were so much fun, and the food was delicious. Couldn't be more happy. I want to go back. My favorite activity was coasteering!'

The event was such a huge success that we are going to take a second group of students along next month!
