Megan McGee completed a Semester Internship with Arcadia University in Sydney and was placed at Second Nature Films, an independent film making company. Second Nature's recent doc film is currently short-listed for the nominations at The Academy Awards!

Their film, Kangaroo, reveals the love-hate relationship that Australian's have with our amazing animal icon. The image of the Kangaroo is used by many businesses, sports teams and most certainly as tourist souvenirs, there are some Australians who consider them to be pests - only worthy of being hunted, eaten and sold for profit.

Whilst in Sydney, Megan directed and created her own short film about her friend and fellow student Cheyenne Baker's experience! She even won the Arcadia student prize for it! Well done Megan! We loved seeing how your film came together.
