A large and diverse student body creates a friendly campus atmosphere

Queen Mary is a highly ranked university with an international flavor, with around 45%of its students coming from outside the U.K. It has a comprehensive range of course offerings, including English, history, and business; its excellent Medical School adds particular strengths in the STEM fields such as Biomedical Engineering. Queen Mary’s wide array of disciplines makes it a popular option for students with varied academic needs—it may be the program for you, too.

You have three study options at Queen Mary:

Courses: Take a full load of courses (usually four) from across the range available

Internship: Replace one of your courses with an internship through Arcadia - add international professional experience to your résumé.

Independent Study: Replace one course with your own research project which you complete under an Arcadia faculty supervisor - another excellent achievement for your résumé.

I have soaked up a rainbow of new cultures from my time at Queen Mary. This really blew me away. It made me appreciate even more the people who live here. ”
