As a student at Bond University, you will be housed in either modern halls of residence located on campus or in off-campus student apartments. As you review details on individual residential colleges, please be sure to read the general Australia housing information.
The Accommodation Centre is on-campus accommodation where you will have a meal plan and will live in either a shared or single bedroom. Most rooms have linens provided, air-conditioning and are serviced weekly.
Dormitory-style accommodation, featuring two beds and a private bathroom. (Most students choose to live in the standard twin room.)
En suite accommodation: single bedroom with private bathroom.
Dormitory-style accommodation offering single bedrooms and a communal bathroom shared between 5-8 students. The Blocks are located on the opposite side of Bond's small campus from the Twin and Single (Private Bathroom) buildings, but offer students the best opportunity to live with Australians.
Located ten minutes’ walking distance to the University, Varsity Towers offers apartment-style accommodation in close proximity to campus. Each apartment is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom as well as an equipped kitchenette for you to prepare your own meals. You also have the option of purchasing a campus meal plan after you arrive. Arcadia will provide you with a linen pack including sheets, pillowcases, and a towel as well as a basic internet package.
In an effort to be more environmentally aware, each room is given an electricity quota. Please note that you are responsible for any charges incurred if the electricity quota is surpassed.
