The Bond Student Residences are located on campus and are within easy walking distance to all lecture and academic facilities, the library, gym, pool and sporting centre plus a variety of dining options. Living on campus includes a dining plan, which is compulsory while residing in the student residences. There is a minimum spend on the dining plan, but the good news is you can eat at many different establishments across the campus.
Room options are for twin-share bedrooms with ensuite. You would be sharing a room with another Bond University student, of a similar age and gender. The housing fee includes utilities, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi. The rooms are fitted with a single bed, bedside table, bookshelf, study desk, chair, wardrobe and are air conditioned. Cleaning to common areas is undertaken weekly and bed linen is provided including sheets, one pillow and pillowcase, a bedspread or blanket.
Located within easy walking distance to the University (5 minutes only), Varsity Towers offers apartment-style housing, best suited to students wanting an independent lifestyle. Each apartment is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom as well as an equipped kitchenette for you to prepare your own meals. You also have the option of purchasing the campus dining plan once you arrive at Bond. Arcadia will provide you with a linen pack including sheets, pillowcase, and a towel.
To be more environmentally aware, each room is given an electricity quota. Please note that you are responsible for electricity charges.
