Challenge your critical thinking skills, earn valuable research credits, and experience one of the most cosmopolitan cities of the world on this innovative research program with the prestigious Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in London.
Research projects focus on the biomedical sciences with projects in biomechanics, cardiovascular sciences, cell biology, developmental biology, genetics, immunology, molecular biology, parasitology, pharmacology, physiology, reproductive immunology, and welfare. Dedicated projects for students may include: Cardiovascular Biology; Cell & Molecular Biology; Developmental Biology; Molecular & Microbiology; Orthopedic Imaging; Parasitology; and Reproduction.
Holistically the entire program really opened my eyes and showed me my capabilities as a student researcher and what I was able to do because I felt like when I was coming into the program I had doubts and fears. I was worried about what the atmosphere would be like and that the culture would be different and whether or not I would be able to adapt. But once I reached the end of the program I looked back on everything and I realized what I can accomplish over the summer and it is a very fulfilling experience. ”

You will take part in many cultural excursions planned by Arcadia London Center staff. These experiences are designed to immerse you in British heritage in different ways and to gain an understanding of the people, place and traditions that have shaped and continue to shape society.
RVC is a member of the vast University of London system and as a student you are entitled to use the libraries and facilities of most other member colleges and institutions, which provides you with unlimited research resources.
