Enrollment Process

You will receive an email from University of Sydney prompting you to enroll in courses through your student portal. Should you want to make any changes (add/drop) courses you will have to complete an enrollment variation form. Enrollments and timetables are finalized at orientation. You must bring an updated copy of your official transcript, your passport and COE.

The preliminary course form students submit to Arcadia prior to departure does not guarantee approval or enrollment in those courses. There is a drop/add period at the beginning of each semester that allows students to make changes to course enrollments. If you make any changes it is your responsibility to inform your home institution.

If your enrollment is conditional upon entry into a specific course or courses, it is very important that you indicate these requirements at the bottom of the preliminary course form on your Arcadia Passport.
