Students studying with Arcadia at Trinity College live in Arcadia-provided flats and are positioned in an ideal locale to mix with Irish society.

Arcadia-provided flats are just south of the Dublin city center, concentrated in the Dublin 2, Dublin 4, and Dublin 6 areas.  Conveniently located about 20 – 30 minutes’ walk from Trinity, you can also take advantage of public bus routes. Most flats house three to five students, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. You should anticipate having to share a room; but while a single flat may be co-ed, any individual roommate will be of the same gender.

The flats are self-catered so you will be preparing your own meals and shopping at a nearby grocery store. Each flat is equipped with a clothes washer, television, and telephone to be used with a calling card. None of the apartments have clothes dryers. As energy costs are so high in Ireland, most people dry their clothes on a clothes horse (rack). These are provided in each of the apartments. Wireless internet access is also provided. Arcadia apartments are available only to students studying abroad with Arcadia in Dublin. Please also see the general Ireland housing information.
