DUNMORE LANG COLLEGE
Located in close proximity to campus, the train station, and the Macquarie Shopping Centre, Dunmore Lang provides a great opportunity to meet and engage directly with Australian students.
You will live in a single bedroom with shared bathroom facilities, and be provided with a full meal plan, bed linen services, and a free gym membership.
The college prides itself on its vibrant student body. Through the Students Club, you will have the opportunity to join a variety of sporting, social, and cultural clubs to remain active throughout the semester. You will also have access to academic mentoring programs, tutors and resident support staff.
STUDENT VILLAGE NORTH RYDE
Built for the Sydney Olympics in 2000, Student Village North Ryde is the most affordable option at Macquarie and a good location if you’re seeking a more independent style of housing. With a 10-12 minute walk to central campus, Student Village North Ryde provides self-catered housing in apartments for five or six students. In your apartment you will live with other international students; you will have a single bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and share a living room, kitchen and patio area. Laundry and BBQ/games facilities are located within the Village complex, a short 5-6 minute walk away. A linen pack will be provided upon arrival.
CENTRAL COURTYARD APARTMENTS
Opened in early 2021, the Central Courtyard is the only housing option managed and operated by Macquarie University. It is located in the heart of the campus, with lecture and campus facilities a few moments' walk away. Apartments are made up of either four or six bedrooms with shared bathroom, kitchen and living spaces. As a resident, you will have special access to events and facilities that include study spaces, common rooms, game facilities and outdoor terrace areas with barbecues. Apartments include Individually Controlled Air Conditioning and Heating; SMART Flatscreen TV; Lounge Area; Large Fridge Freezer; Oven and Dishwasher. The Central Courtyard location is slightly more expensive than MUV, as it was built more recently with modern comforts and facilities.
