Transactional to Transformational: Building Inclusive Partnerships in Education Abroad

The future of education abroad requires us to return to one of the most foundational concepts upon which our field is built—reciprocity. Truly inclusive partnerships require reciprocity. Panelists share examples and facilitate breakout groups to discuss and brainstorm creative methods for cultivating and enhancing relationships.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define impactful partnerships.
  • Identify potential methods for cultivating transformative partnerships.
  • Formulate an action plan to initiate at least one such connection.
