Lisa joined Arcadia in May, 2015 as the Director of Global Human and Organizational Development and now serves as Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for developing and maintaining The College’s emergency protocols and policies, collaborating with overseas staff on risk assessment, program safety and security, and training staff on health and safety issues.

Lisa has worked in international education for over 20 years. She has held leadership positions at Georgetown University, Bucknell University, and Rollins College. She most recently served as the Deputy Director/Director of Global Strategies and the Senior Advisor for Global Partnerships at Georgetown University. She is active in the field and a founding member of the Forum on Education Abroad's STAIR (Strategic Alliances, Infrastructure and Resources) working group.

Lisa holds a B.S. in German from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Educational Leadership (concentration: International Education), and an EdS in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.  She studied abroad for two years in Munich, Germany.
