Contact Hannah Leidich for questions regarding insurance, and general information on health and safety.

If you are contacting us about an urgent issue, please call at the numbers listed on our emergency procedures page. Students in-country should call the on-site staff on the Arcadia 24/7 phone number provided to them. Email accounts are not monitored 24/7.

Contact the Institutional Engagement Team

If you are an administrator or faculty member at a U.S. institution, the Institutional Engagement Team serves as your resource for The College of Global Studies.

Our Institutional Engagement (IE) team members are skilled professionals who have notable experience in the field of education abroad, both as participants and as on-campus advisors.

Contact Advising & Student Engagement

Contact Advising and Student Engagement with questions regarding registration, transfer of credits, student conduct issues, etc.

The program advisors work in concert with our overseas staff, institutional relations team and host institutions to maintain the most up-to-date information about academic offerings and student services. They can provide assistance with advising as well as guidance in admissions procedures and pre-departure planning. They can provide specific information regarding courses, housing, program calendars, flight information, application status and processing, transcripts, housing questions and all pre-departure information.
