You will choose one of two academic pathways during the program. Intensive Design students take one of the 6-credit options in that pathway. Students interested in the Italian Language and Culture academic pathway have the option of one or two courses in Liberal Arts, Studio Arts & Design, or Fashion Design. You are not required to have previously studied Italian to participate in either academic pathway.

Please list your courses in order of preference.
Curricular changes in the summer are very rare, but may occur, and are always subject to enrollment. Please gain approval for and list alternate courses.
Official course registration will take place upon arrival, particularly for Italian language courses. The online course form you submit to Arcadia prior to acceptance is not set in stone.
You are only required to take one course for the Italian Language and Culture pathway. A second course is optional and included in the tuition fee.
Please be sure to consult your program manager to learn if your courses have associated lab fees.
Grades will be reported exactly as they appear on the Accademia Italiana transcript.
