Housing

All UAL study abroad students will be housed in Sketch House, located in the Finsbury Park residential district in North London. There are lots of nearby green spaces, including the expansive Finsbury Park, which boasts tennis courts and an athletics track. There are also a number of bakeries, pubs, and cafes in the area, including the famous Park Theatre café bar.

UAL's colleges are located in different parts of the city, so you will have a commute to classes, which is part of the London lifestyle. Journey times will range between approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the college. The nearest tube station to the residence is Finsbury Park, which is located in Zone 2. • Single bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
• Shared kitchen and dining facilities between 5-10 students per flat
• Laundry facilities and common room onsite
• 24-hour staff presence
• Free WiFi is available
• Bed linen is not provided, however, Arcadia will provide information on how to purchase a bedding pack and other incidentals prior to arrival. It is optional, but convenient for students since it will be delivered to your room.
