Housing
Housing at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is offered at multiple locations across London, with both catered and self-catered options available. All locations have good access to campus and other parts of the city, either by public transport or on foot.

General Information
All housing share some common features:
- Pillows and duvets are provided in all residence halls EXCEPT Sidney Webb House
- For all residences, bed linen is not provided, however, Arcadia will provide information on how to purchase a bedding pack and other incidentals prior to arrival. It is optional, but convenient for students since it will be delivered to your room.
- Laundry facilities are available at each residence
- Free WiFi is available
- Catered halls have shared kitchenettes and self-catered halls have shared kitchen facilities
Please note that between October 2023 and December 2023, there will be essential maintenance refurbishment to the lifts in two blocks in Sidney Webb House. During this period, there will be no lift service in the affected blocks. Please refer to the LSE housing pages for more details.

Catered Apartments
BANKSIDE HOUSE
Located on the South Bank near Tate Modern, Bankside House has both single and twin bedrooms available, with either ensuite or shared bathrooms. The commute time is approximately a 30 minute walk to the main campus or 25 minutes by public transport. The closest tube stations to Bankside House are London Bridge and Southwark, which are located in Zone 1.
ROSEBERY HALL
Rosebery Hall is located in trendy Clerkenwell, near Exmouth Market. It is mostly made up of single bedrooms, although there are some twin rooms available. The large majority of rooms have shared bathrooms. The commute time is approximately a 25 minute walk to the main campus or around 20 minutes by public transport. The closest tube stations to Rosebery Hall are Angel, King’s Cross St Pancras, and Farringdon, which are all located in Zone 1.

Self-Catered Apartments
SIDNEY WEBB HOUSE
Sidney Webb House is located in Southwark, just a short walk from the popular Borough Market. This residence only has single bedrooms, most of which have ensuite bathrooms. The commute time is approximately 25 minutes from the main campus by public transport or a 45 minute walk. The closest tube station to Sidney Webb House is Borough, which is located in Zone 1.

HIGH HOLBORN
High Holborn is located in Bloomsbury, near to bustling Covent Garden and Soho. This residence mostly offers single rooms with shared bathrooms, although some twin ensuite rooms are available. This residence is only a 10 minute walk from LSE’s main campus. The closest tube stations to High Holborn are Holborn and Covent Garden, which are both located in Zone 1.
