Now is the time of year when most students give serious thought to their specific plans for upcoming study abroad programs. The team at Arcadia Abroad looks forward to continuing to work closely with you in that planning process. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Below is information about our holiday schedule so that you can plan to be in touch with us as necessary in the coming weeks.
Arcadia Abroad will be closed for the holidays:
Special arrangements are being made to work with students whose programs start during or soon after the holiday break. If you are departing for a spring 2024 program and have specific questions for your Program Advisor or for the Billing Office, we urge you to contact us before Tuesday, 19 December.
For students participating on Spring 2024 programs, we will be monitoring a mobile phone from Tuesday, December 26 through Sunday, December 31. If you have an urgent question about your upcoming semester you can contact us at 1-267-351-6764.
All other students are welcome to send an email to educationabroad@arcadia.edu and we will respond when we return from the holiday break.
The global health and safety team can be reached 24/7 at 215-572-2123 for true emergencies involving students on our programs.
