Dr. Andrew Law, Academic Dean at The College of Global Studies here at Arcadia University is quoted in this thought provoking article on One Zero: The Future of Study Abroad is Zoom calls.

The article covers a lot of ground about the future direction of education abroad: "Andrew Law, the academic dean of the College of Global Studies at Arcadia University, says our current historical moment is “separating the wheat from the chaff” — or, in other words, showing which programs are thinking critically about the purpose and goals of study abroad and which aren’t. “There’s the notion that proximity to difference is in and of itself educational. And it’s not,” he says. “The education abroad experience in and of itself is not transformative — it invites students to change. The transformation occurs when they make a decision about what they do with that change.”
