Whether drafting press releases for a chic public relations agency, working for an NGO, planning the ultimate Irish wedding with a fashionable event management service or reconciling fund accounts for a regional financial service, the Arcadia Dublin Semester Internship will expose you to an exciting modern workplace. While a small capital city by European standards, Dublin boasts of modish boutique firms, well-known multinational organizations, and cutting edge publications serving an energetic, multi-cultural population with an entrepreneurial spirit. By taking advantage of Dublin’s intimate environs, Arcadia will ensure you are given the opportunity to seek direct access to senior management and key decision makers in the Irish workforce. Besides living in one of Europe’s most friendly cities, you will acquire the transferable skills to compete in today’s marketplace.

Beyond the internship course, you will enroll in three electives. In addition to courses offered at Arcadia's Dublin Center, you may choose courses in business, psychology, economics, film, cultural and media studies made available through Dublin Business School (DBS), Ireland's largest independent third level institution.

Our internship program is not for the timid and requires good time management skills and an openness to learn new cultural norms and expectations. This is a one-of-kind chance to work and study in Dublin, one of the world’s most globalized cities. Your internship course includes:

I had some incredible once-in-a-lifetime experiences, but settling into a routine in Dublin was equally special. By the time I left, Dublin felt like a different kind of home, and I know when I go back I'll still be able to find my way around. ”
