During your stay in Athens, Webster will provide you with apartments located in the Plaka district, only a 2-5 minute walk from campus. Many amenities, including grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and public transportation are all within walking distance.
Student apartments come fully furnished, with a shared refrigerator, stove, washing machine, cooking utensils (including pots, pans, and dishes), air conditioning, and WiFi. Each student is provided with a single bed, desk, chair, and closet. Both single and double accommodations are available.
The Plaka is the oldest, most scenic neighborhood in Athens, nicknamed the "Neighborhood of the Gods" sitting just below the slopes of the Acropolis. Busy streets criss-crossed with alleyways, life is busy in the Plaka allowing students to enjoy daytime shopping and evenings relaxing at a taverna.
