Arcadia Abroad partners with Webster University to provide comprehensive on-the-ground student support, including incident response, risk assessment, and health and safety resources. Experienced and well-connected staff in both Glenside and Athens support students through pre-departure and on-site orientation, as well as access to 24-hour staffed telephone support.
Students are provided with international health insurance through Webster University and Arcadia Abroad, ensuring extensive coverage for health needs abroad, including accidents and the exacerbation of pre-existing conditions.
On-site services in Athens include Webster University student affairs support, academic advising, career services, counseling services, and opportunities for student involvement. A counseling center is available to students at no cost, offering a safe and confidential space to discuss personal matters. Webster University staff also ensure students have access to a 24/7 emergency line for student crises.
