Pamela joined The College of Global Studies as a Program Advisor in August 2021 with a background in international education and teaching. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from DePaul University and spent time studying abroad at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain during her sophomore year. She currently advises students on programs in Ireland, Italy, and Spain.

After graduating from DePaul in 2013, Pamela worked in various schools throughout Chicago, first as a classroom assistant then as a 4th grade teacher. In 2017, she was awarded a teaching fellowship by the Spanish Ministry of Education in Madrid and served as a North American Language and Culture Assistant for nearly two years contributing to Spain's bilingual education initiatives. Those experiences helped Pamela discover her passion for international education, leading to administrative and advising roles with INTO University Partnerships, and now with The College of Global Studies.

Outside of work, Pamela enjoys reading, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, embroidery, and corgis.
