Arcadia Ireland

We welcomed a total of 73 students to Dublin for orientation this week. This session was comprised of students from 5 different programmes: University College Dublin (UCD), University of Limerick (UL), National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG), University College Cork (UCC) and Dublin Parliamentary Internship (DPI). There was a great atmosphere with such a large group and everyone mixed and participated extremely well. All groups got the chance to learn the skills and history behind Ireland’s unique GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) games. They played both hurling and Gaelic football and finished off their sessions with some Irish dancing.

We look forward to seeing everyone again and hearing how they are all getting on at Arcadia’s weekend trip to Belfast which will take place in October.
