Recently we ditched the city and headed out to the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast in Wales.
We spent the weekend with with the wonderful Preseliventure who organised an awesome weekend for us, jam packed with activities and incredible home cooked food!
The instructors who guided us were all fantastic and any nerves that may have been there were soon long gone.
After a good night's sleep in their 5* eco lodge we were filled up with a full Welsh breakfast before heading out for the day's events. After getting kitted out in wetsuits (and lots of layers) we got the chance to try a variety of outdoor activities such as sea-kayaking, surfing and coasteering. The instructors who guided us were all fantastic and any nerves that may have been there were soon long gone. October is the end of pupping season, so we were lucky enough to see lots of baby seals while we were adventuring through the water and even spotted a dolphin too!
Time was also spent out of the wetsuits and a hike along the Pembrokeshire coastal path made for some great photo opportunities plus a chance to soak up the truly beautiful surroundings.
Somehow in between all this action there was still time to relax. Evenings were spent chilling out playing games in the lodge and gathered around the bonfire toasting marshmallows.
In all It was the perfect mix of adrenaline filled activities, adventure and relaxation.
In all It was the perfect mix of adrenaline filled activities, adventure and relaxation. Everyone commented on what a great weekend it had been and I think we would all be back on the train to Wales tomorrow if we could!
