Talk of the Town is back and starts with an amazing guest!

Rachel Creeger is a multi-award-winning stand-up comedian, writer and director, and the only practising orthodox Jewish woman on the mainstream UK comedy circuit. She is co-host of the chat show podcast "Jew Talkin' To Me?" and resident MC for "Comedy Upstairs at the Adam & Eve”, a long established new material night for professional comics. Rachel is regularly heard on BBC London Radio, casting a comedic eye on interesting news stories.

Her debut hour "It's No Job For A Nice Jewish Girl" won the Best Comedy Award at the Greater Manchester Fringe in 2017, sold out its run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe where it was a Fringe Review recommended show, and went on to have a critically acclaimed, successful international tour. Her second solo hour "Hinayni!" ran at the Underbelly for Edinburgh Fringe 2019 and also received 5* and 4* reviews. Some of the critics that Rachel has received are "A great talent, highly entertaining and very engaging" by Salford City Radio, “A confident and charismatic performer” by Funny Women and "Tight writing, sharp performance and a beautifully zany imagination." by the Brighton Source.

Join Rachel on the 18th of October from 18:00 to 20:00 for an evening of jokes and wry observations at Arcadia's Talk of the Town! You will also have the chance to hang with your fellow classmates in a traditional well-known pub - King and Queen Pub 1 Foley St. Fitzrovia W1W 6DL - and enjoy a free drink
