Sarra has worked with Arcadia Italy since 2010, starting as as Student-Life coordinator, she then held the position of Health and Safety Assistant Director. Beside taking care of the safety and wellbeing of the students, she always promoted the involvement of students in community engagement raising the quality and the transformative potential of the study abroad experience and accelerating Arcadia's efforts to foster an inclusive culture. She strives to provide opportunities for students to deepen their learning and discover who they are and who they aspire to be.
Sarra a native of Tunis, has lived in Rome for over 30 years. She herself was an exchange student from the Italian University La Sapienza where she received her laurea in Economics, before studying marketing in Nice. After graduation she worked for several years in international television programming and production, including National Geographic Channels in Italy and, most recently, she participated in the launch of a World Music TV channel, which contributes greatly to her far-reaching, embracing view on international learning and cross-cultural experience.
