Ron Qavolli (he/him) graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Sports Business in 2024. During his undergraduate, he was able to obtain a few different Co-Ops/internship experiences with the likes of Aramark working at Citizens Bank Park and within Drexel's Sports Business department. Post grad, Ron worked at the University of Pennsylvania's Athletic program as an Administrative Assistant within their Fellowship program, where he gained his love and passion for working in higher education. His time at Penn working in higher education inspired him to join the Arcadia Abroad team as an Application Coordinator in September 2025.

Ron is passionate about making a difference within the organization and helping students with all of their goals and helping them experience an amazing time abroad. Outside of work, He enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, being physically active playing sports and working out, and watching movies.
