Pamela joined The College of Global Studies as a Program Advisor in August 2021 with a background in international education and teaching. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from DePaul University and spent time studying abroad at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain during her sophomore year. After graduating from college in 2013, Pamela taught in elementary schools throughout Chicago.
In 2017, she was awarded a teaching fellowship by the Spanish Ministry of Education in Madrid and served as a North American Language and Culture Assistant for two years contributing to Spain's bilingual education initiatives. Those experiences helped Pamela discover her passion for international education, leading to administrative and advising roles with INTO University Partnerships, and now with The College of Global Studies. She currently advises students on programs in Ireland, Italy, and Spain.
