Maya Tsai joined Arcadia Abroad as Assistant Director of Institutional Engagement in January 2026 and works with partner institutions in Region 3.

She grew up in Taiwan and previously worked as an outbound tour manager in Southeast Asia before studying and working in the United States—experiences that shaped her interest in international education and cross-cultural exchange. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, Maya has worked across community colleges, state universities, and private institutions in student services and admissions, giving her a strong understanding of institutional needs and advisor perspectives.

Prior to joining Arcadia, Maya served as Director of International Admissions and Services at Indiana Institute of Technology and Director of International Programs at Gwynedd Mercy University. In these roles, she partnered closely with faculty, advisors, and enrollment teams to build institutional relationships and support student participation in study abroad and other global learning opportunities, bringing a global perspective and a collaborative approach to her work.
