Like many at Arcadia Abroad, my career in international education began as a student. I studied abroad twice as an undergraduate - first in Dublin, Ireland with the Dublin Parliamentary Internship Program and later in Western Australia, which profoundly shaped my academic and professional direction. After completing my master’s degree, I returned to Australia to work at the University of Sydney before continuing in global education roles at Georgetown University, an education start-up in Beijing, China, and George Mason University, where I helped launch the university’s international branch campus in Songdo, South Korea.
I joined Arcadia after working at Colorado College, where I directed summer academic programs and led their college access initiatives, while completing my PhD in Educational Leadership. My research focused on college access and student persistence, and I strive to ensure that every operational process, partnership, and academic initiative reflects a deep commitment to students and their success.
