Emma joined Arcadia in 2015, having previously studied Psychology at the University of Sussex and then going on to work for a number of non profit organisations. Within these organisations, Emma managed volunteers and delivered programmes which supported adults and young people with disabilities.
Since joining Arcadia, Emma has held a number of roles and responsibilities. At the centre of all of these has been delivering student support, and offering opportunities to allow students to engage with their host communities in a meaningful way during their time studying abroad.
