Colleen brings over 25 years of strategic finance and global operations leadership to her role with Arcadia Abroad. Colleen began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, joining Arcadia in 2004. In her time at Arcadia, she has held various leadership roles, serving as Chief of Business Intelligence & Revenue Management since November 2024.

Her early interest in global learning was sparked by a formative year traveling across Europe while being homeschooled by her parents - helping shape her lifelong appreciation for cross-cultural understanding, adaptability and the importance of international education - values that continue to inform her leadership and professional purpose.

Grounded in a deep sense of responsibility and integrity, Colleen is driven by the belief that sound financial and operational leadership can empower educational institutions to deliver meaningful experiences for students.

Colleen holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant (PA).
