Arcadia in Chile was established in direct collaboration with Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV). Founded in 1928, PUCV now serves over 14,000 students, including around 250 international students each semester.  The university has a tradition of academic excellence and is one of the most prestigious institutions in the Chilean higher educational system.

PUCV has a central campus in downtown Valparaíso, only a few blocks away from the Chilean Congress, the brand new Metro, and the Pacific Ocean, as well as campuses throughout the metropolitan area and in nearby Viña del Mar. On campus, volunteer work, sports and a range of activities provide an opportunity to immerse yourself in Chilean university life.
