We’ve collected a series of frequently asked questions here; however, you should always feel free to reach out to your program manager with any additional questions or to discuss your program. We’re here to help.

There are a broad variety of placements, from social media assignments for businesses and web content creation, to providing research to support business development projects or developing communication plans and content for non-profit organizations, and many more. You can expect to have a blend of time spent working online at the same time as the 'home office' and time spent independently working on projects for your placement. Check out this video about Virtual London Internships with Arcadia. Guest lectures from industry professionals and a digital resume workshop is also included.
Arcadia is committed to All Modes education through Canvas, Zoom and other online platforms. Our goal is to ensure that student learning is seamless, whether in-person, online, or somewhere in the middle. Support for students is available both on-site at the London Center and from Arcadia’s U.S. campus. Students are expected to utilize their own devices to participate in our virtual learning opportunities.
You’ll enjoy many fun and rewarding online activities and events hosted by Arcadia, bringing our virtual community of students together with program faculty, staff and guest presenters. If your program has been suspended or canceled on or before your program start date, and you have confirmed your participation, you have options:
If you have already paid your deposit and choose to defer your application to a future term, your deposit will be applied to that term.
If you decide to withdraw your deferred application by the following deadlines, Arcadia will refund your deposit (this only applies to deferred applications from cancelled programs for Summer or Fall 2020).
