Nikolaos Anterriotis, Ph.D

Faculty, Athens Center

Nikolaos Anterriotis is an avid scholar of the Classics. His Ph.D. was conferred upon him through the University of Athens. He holds a Masters in Classics from the University College London and a BA in Classics from University of Athens. In his classroom he aims to familiarize students with important concepts within ancient Greek and Latin works using the mechanics of language as keys to unlock their meaning. He uses experiential methods to convey core ideas intended by the original classic authors, such as Plato. This technique bridges the gap between modern students and ancient text, breathing life into the words to compel the participants to "feel the text".
