Tuition and Orientation $8,375 All of Arcadia's summer programs include elements that we believe are essential to a successful and enriching academic experience abroad. Program fees include tuition, orientation, full support services throughout the program, pre- and post-program advisory services, student health and accident insurance and transcript.
Room $3,620 The housing portion of our program fee assumes self-catered, shared accommodations. Students in catered housing or single accommodation could be subject to additional charges.
Total Program Fee $11,995 Program fee listed is based on in-person enrollment for SU3 programs.

Estimate of Additional Expenses

Books $85 The average cost of books and supplies for a typical student for the term.
Meals $745 This estimate is based on the cost of food to be prepared using the residence facilities provided.
Personal $850 This budget item is meant to cover general expenses of daily life. Our estimated cost typically includes toiletries, snacks, cell phones, limited entertainment activities, and other miscellaneous expenses. This includes an estimated $300 for out-of-pocket medical expenses.
Student Visa $21 Most students, studying for 6 months or less, not doing an internship, and holding a US passport will apply for a UK ETA about 1 month before departure, which costs £16 (approx $21 USD). Non US passport holders MAY need to apply for a Standard Visitor Visa, which costs £127 (approx. $170 USD). Expediting a visa costs an additional £500-£1000 (approx $700-$1400 USD). Please do not apply for any visa until you receive a prompt from Arcadia to do so. Visa costs are subject to change.
Local Travel $155 Estimated travel costs from the student residence to the instruction site throughout the course of the program.
Program Travel $1,270 The program fee does not include the cost of traveling to and from the program location and students will have to purchase their own tickets. The estimated cost of airfare is based on the average cost of travel from the US to the program. Cost will vary depending on time of purchase, point of origin and dates of travel.
Total Estimate of Additional Expenses $3,126 These estimates intend to assist students in budgeting for their experience abroad. Actual amounts will vary depending on individual spending habits. Exchange rate of USD 1.34 to GBP 1.00 was used in determining the above estimates.

Supplemental Housing Fee $2,175 Students residing in ensuite housing will be subject to a supplementary housing charge of $1,450 for the 4 week program options (one session) and $2,175 for the 6 week option (2 sessions).
