Tuition and Orientation $8,215 All of Arcadia's summer programs include elements that we believe are essential to a successful and enriching academic experience abroad. Program fees include tuition, orientation, full support services throughout the program, pre- and post-program advisory services, student health and accident insurance and transcript.
Room $2,280 The housing portion of our program fee assumes a single room in a homestay. We place one or two students per homestay. Full board is included.
Total Program Fee $10,495 Enrollment selections incurring additional fees will be billed several weeks after programs begin.

Estimate of Additional Expenses

Books $25 The average cost of books and supplies for a typical student for the term.
Meals $380 This estimate is based on the cost of food to be prepared using the residence facilities provided. Students residing with a host family will be provided three meals daily and should eliminate the meal estimate from their budget.
Personal $840 This budget item is meant to cover general expenses of daily life. Our estimated cost typically includes toiletries, snacks, cell phones, limited entertainment activities, and other miscellaneous expenses. This includes an estimated $300 for out-of-pocket medical expenses.
Local Travel $160 Estimated travel costs from the student residence to the instruction site throughout the course of the program.
Program Travel $1,200 The program fee does not include the cost of traveling to and from the program location and students will have to purchase their own tickets. The estimated cost of airfare is based on the average cost of travel from the US to the program. Cost will vary depending on time of purchase, point of origin and dates of travel.
Total Estimate of Additional Expenses $2,605 These estimates are provided to assist students in budget planning for their experience abroad. Actual amounts will vary depending on individual spending habits. Exchange rate of USD 1.20 to EUR 1.00 was used in determining the above estimates.
