Shannon joined Arcadia University, The College of Global Studies in 2012 and currently serves as a Assistant Director of Student Services. She earned her B.A. from Temple University in History and Spanish, and recently completed her Master of Arts degree from Arcadia University in 2016. Shannon also holds a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).

She spent a semester in Oviedo, Spain and her experience abroad led her to pursue a career in international education. She has attended multiple professional conferences and recently presented at the NAFSA Region VIII conference. Shannon enjoys traveling anywhere and everywhere, reading, and playing board games.

 

Personally, I find it rewarding to help students think critically about what they hope to gain from studying abroad, and do my part to prepare them for an experience in which they can accomplish their goals."
