Lisa joined Arcadia in May, 2015 as the Director of Global Human and Organizational Development. Lisa's primary responsibility is to support the staffing, training, and organizational development needs of The College to ensure that the global and domestic team has the resources they need to continue to deliver excellence in their work.

Lisa has worked in international education for over 20 years. She has held leadership positions at Georgetown University, Bucknell University, and Rollins College. She most recently served as the Deputy Director/Director of Global Strategies and the Senior Advisor for Global Partnerships at Georgetown University. She is active in the field and a founding member of the Forum on Education Abroad's STAIR (Strategic Alliances, Infrastructure and Resources) working group.

Lisa holds a B.S. in German from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Educational Leadership (concentration: International Education), and an EdS in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.  She studied abroad for two years in Munich, Germany.
